Easter came and went.. We had quiet easter at home,for change. Weather was not at all nice this year.Snow,sleet,rain…And everything in between..On Saturday we went to Schärding for farmers market.And it rained.. I managed to get some nice shots from the city.I felt so sorry for all those market sellers. Lots of people on the move though.Sunday was Easter egg hunting day..Kiddo got new cycle from the Easter bunny..
I took whole Easter time quite relaxed from cooking point of view. Easter Sunday menu was simple:
Fresh Austrian asparagus,sauce hollandaise,new potatoes and Bellota Jamon
Main course was lamb chops,morel sauce and cauliflower-parmesan-wood garlic mash
Dessert was simply mango,strawberries,raspberries and vanilla sauce topped with meringue.
